Angus Beef
Know for It's tenerness, rich flavor, and beautiful marbling, their Angus herd thrives on pastures planted and maintained with intention.
Crop Rotation
Twice a year, Spring and Fall, fresh high-protein forage is sown to keep catle grazing on nutrient-rich greens in every season.Those same pastures are planted with clover varieties that not only restore nitrogen to the soil but also provide haven for pollinators, ensuring the land stays vibrant for generations to come.
Minerals
A custom mineral program, designed specifically for the farm's unique soil and herd needs, ensure the animals get exactly what nature intended.

Back 40 Butchery is proud to offer premium whole and half beef shares. Our beef shares are locally raised in Iva, South Carolina by Johnson Creek Farms. All beef shares are USDA graded to ensure quality and consistency and are custom processed to your specifications.
